The actual shipping charge is dependent on the total weight of your purchase and the shipping type you select. We have added an easy-to-use total cost calculator on the checkout screen which will show you the actual charges, with appropriate sales tax if applicable, for your selected items.

Packages will only be shipped to street addresses. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes.
For International (non-US orders): Please note the shipping fee is not inclusive of any additional duties, excise, taxation or brokerage fees that may be applied due to importation rules that vary from country to country.

Backordered items
We will notify you immediately of any backordered items. As soon as the backordered items are received in our warehouse they will be shipped to you. Please note that we do not charge extra shipping on backordered items.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS BY PRODUCT TYPE
1. Clothing & Apparel Item Refunds / Return Policy
DUE TO MANUFACTURER POLICY ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL CLOTHING AND APPAREL ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. Items that cannot be returned or exchanged
There are items that cannot be exchanged or returned and they include: Headwear, Socks, Sale or Clearance items.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for any international (non-US) orders.
3. No Refunds on 14 K Gold Jewelry
All 14K yellow gold and white gold jewelry is non-refundable as it is custom made to order.
4. Non-Clothing Item Refunds / Returns
All returns for non-clothing / apparel items must be either emailed or telephoned in first for approval, to receive a return authorization number. We need to obtain the credit card number you used during checkout since our website does not retain your financial information due to increased security procedures. Any returns by mail will not be accepted without a return authorization number.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS WILL INCUR A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE REFUNDED MINUS ANY SHIPPING CHARGES.
All returned Items must be in new condition, unused and in its original packing including ALL original parts, original box, tags, and packing materials. Catholic Faith Store will not issue a refund or exchange if our merchandise inspection reveals that the item has been used, damaged, or altered.
Returns must be made within 7 business days of original shipment. Please contact us for the correct return mailing address.
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase on this site, less shipping charges and less a 20% restocking fee.
Catholic Faith Store strongly recommends you use a shipping method with proof of delivery as well as fully insure the returned merchandise for your protection. Refunds are processed within three business days of our receipt of the returned merchandise.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for any international (non-US) orders.
5. No Refunds on Engraved Items
Any item that has been engraved is final sale and non returnable, non refundable.
6. No Refunds on International Orders
All international orders are final sale.
7. Other return issues
Error with Order:
In the case where Catholic Faith Store has made an error with your order, please notify us immediately. If we have shipped the wrong item, the wrong size or the wrong color other than what your order states we will provide you with a return shipping label at no charge. Upon notification, we will immediately ship the correct item at no extra charge.
PLEASE NOTE: The merchandise received in error must be post-marked for return to our warehouse within 5 business days order notification error. If merchandise is not returned as instructed, you will be additionally charged for the replacement.
Damaged in Transit:
If merchandise arrives damaged it is best to refuse the package from the carrier attempting delivery. If the damaged merchandise is accepted make sure save the merchandise and the original box. Notify Catholic Faith Store immediately and we will schedule a carrier pickup for the damaged merchandise. If you do not notify Catholic Faith Store regarding the damaged goods within the first 2 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Catholic Faith Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Catholic Faith Store further reserves the right any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Your order will be deemed accepted by Catholic Faith Store upon shipment of products. Title to goods and all risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the common carrier. All orders placed over $1000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
No Responsibility To Sell Mispriced Products Or Services
Catholic Faith Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. Catholic Faith Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Catholic Faith Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
