⚠ Important Notice Regarding Returns

Due to a significant rise in fraudulent AI-altered photos and videos, all returns must be physically inspected in person by Catholic Faith Store before any refund is issued. This policy protects all of our customers and ensures fairness in the return process.


General Return Policy

Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Beyond 30 days unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.

Eligibility: Items must be new and unused, unworn, and in their original condition, and include all original packaging and components. Items found to have been used or worn will not be refunded.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., engraved products, custom statues)
  • Concrete Statues – as it is custom-made to order
  • 14K gold jewelry, as it is custom-made to order
  • Nativity Set Statues 27" and larger
  • Previously used, worn or altered items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Outbound Shipping, Gift Wrap Charges
  • Digital Products – Gift cards or digital downloads
  • International (non-U.S.) orders

Return Process

  1. Obtain Authorization: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before returning any item. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
  2. Prepare the Package: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit. Please include your full contact information.
  3. Ship the Return: Use a shipping method with tracking and consider insuring your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Be sure to send the return promptly to us. Returns must be received within the 30-day period. Returns authorized but not received within the 30-day return period will be refunded as store credit.

Refunds and Restocking Fees

  • If your jewelry has any visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration, it may not be eligible for return.
  • If the item has been used (such as candleholders, baptism shoes, etc.) it is not eligible for a return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees and discounts.
  • Allow 2–5 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method; this is set and determined by your card's issuing bank.
  • Items over $200 will be assessed a 20% restocking fee based off the current retail price.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • If you were a gift recipient, we will issue a store credit for the return.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Instead, you may return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If you were a gift recipient, we will issue a store credit for the return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email a clear photo of the damaged packaging and contents to [email protected].

Please note that due to the rise in fraudulent AI-altered images, photo or video documentation alone does not guarantee approval of a damage claim — We reserve the right to request damaged items to be returned and physically inspected by Catholic Faith Store before a refund or replacement is issued.

  • Damage claims after 5 business days will be subject to our regular posted return policy and manufacturer limitations.
  • When our supplier offers a replacement for a damaged or defective item, shipping for the replacement will be covered by Catholic Faith Store. If the customer instead wants to return the damaged or defective item for a refund, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Special Notes

Jewelry Warranty: We stand by the quality of our USA Made jewelry. All Bliss Mfg products are covered by a lifetime guarantee against any manufacturer's defect or tarnishing. All warranties are voided, however, if the item has been worked on (e.g., resized, repaired, engraved, soldered) by another jeweler or company other than Bliss Mfg. This warranty covers tarnishing and manufacturer defects but does not cover loss or damage (breakage) caused by the customer, including normal wear over time. For lost or damaged pendants, contact us to discuss replacement options.

Final Sale Items: Sale, clearance, and customized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: Available for orders not yet shipped. If the order has been shipped, the order is subject to our return policy as outlined above.

Non-Cancellable Items: Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled.
