We’re committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently. Here's what to expect:

For Domestic U.S. Orders (Excluding Alaska & Hawaii):

  • We aim to ship most orders within 24 hours. Typical processing takes 1-2 business days. There are instances when order processing may take longer depending on item availability. 
  • Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. Most orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Mail or UPS Ground, with delivery in approximately 8-15 business days.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available for select items and are offered at checkout.

Please note: Once your order ships, any carrier delays are beyond our control. If you experience a delay, we recommend checking the tracking information provided or contacting USPS or UPS directly for updates. 

Double check the shipping address. We are not responsible for addresses that have been entered incorrectly by the customer. We encourage every customer to review and ensure the shipping address is correct prior to completing your order. 

For International Orders (Including Canada):

  • Order processing may take up to 7-10 days depending on item availability. 
  • Delivery times are estimated (not guaranteed) at 10-21 business days (possibly longer) but may vary based on customs and local postal systems.
  • Import duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected or calculated by us.
  • All international orders, including shipping costs, are final sale due to the complexities of cross-border logistics.
