The owner contacted me immediately after my review and explained that they don't use Facebook that often and did not see my message. They have since ordered a complete new Cross and Corpus which will be delivered to our door. This is service excellence and integrity. I am grateful for their honesty and speedy action. I must also note that the initial damage to the product was not theirs nor their suppliers but carelessness on the side of the postal service.
