The dress i ordered turned out to be on back order. I was notified by phone, not email. The staff at Catholic Faith called me to talk about the timing of arrival or discuss purchasing another dress. Most other businesses would send an email and be done with it. The sales person went the extra mile in helping me look at other dresses available in the size i needed and with to talk about the fit of the dress. She also called the shipper to see when the dress would arrive at their store and when it would arrive at my home. We received the dress before the stated date. The quality of the dress is excellent, just as promised. My daughter looks lovely in it. Thank you for making this a stress-free experience!!”
