I specifically chose this Crucifix over others because it is wood, has a beautiful neutral inlay, and has a dove and shell instead of a child kneeling in prayer. I feel this may be more suitable to display when our godson reaches adulthood than perhaps a more childlike Crucifix. I plan to get the back engraved with his name and his baptism date.”
