General Return Policy

  • Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Beyond 30 days unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. 
  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, and include all original packaging and components.
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    • Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., engraved products, custom statues).
    • Concrete Statues – as it is custom-made to order
    • 14K gold jewelry, as it is custom-made to order.
    • Previously worn or altered items.
    • Sale or clearance items.
    • Outbound Shipping, Gift Wrap Charges
    • Digital Products – Gift cards or digital downloads
    • International (non-U.S.) orders.

Return Process:

  1. Obtain Authorization: Contact our customer service team for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before returning any item. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
  2. Prepare the Package: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit. Please include your full contact information.
  3. Ship the Return: Use a shipping method with tracking and consider insuring your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Be sure to send the return promptly to us. Returns must be received within the 30 day period. Returns authorized but not received within the 30 day return period will be refunded as store credit.

Refunds and Restocking Fees:

  • If your jewelry has any visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration, it may not be eligible for return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees and discounts.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • If you were a gift recipient, we will issue a store credit for the return.

Exchanges:

  • We do not process direct exchanges. Instead, you may return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If you were a gift recipient, we will issue a store credit for the return.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request a photo to assess the issue.
  • For damaged items, we will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or store credit.

Special Notes:

  • Jewelry Warranty: We stand by the quality of our jewelry. Our warranty covers tarnishing and manufacturer defects but does not cover loss or damage caused by the customer. For lost or damaged pendants, contact us to discuss replacement options.
  • Final Sale Items: Sale, clearance, and customized items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Free Cancellation: Available for orders not yet shipped. If the order has been shipped, the order is subject to our return policy as outlined above.
  • Non-Cancellable Items: Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled.
