This handsome 5-way medal is double sided with all the classic symbols of the 5-Way pendant.  The set features a genuine pewter pendant paired with a beautiful gold embossed prayer card pamphlet. 

The 5-way pendant is paired with a 24 inch endless stainless steel chain.

The prayer card opens to reveal the story of the 5-Way Medal.  The prayer card itself depicts the subject on the front and the prayer on the back.

The prayer card pamphlet measures approximately 3 1/4 inch x 5 1/2 inch. The pendant is made of pewter and comes with an endless 24 inch long stainless steel chain. Pendant size is 11/16 inch high. Made in Italy.
