I rated it excellent even though I haven't got it yet. I had just moved when I ordered it and gave The Catholic Faith Store the wrong address (my mailing address and physical addresses are different). It was returned to sender by the Post Office. The people at The Catholic Faith Store were kind and patient enough to work with me to get the address changed correctly and re-send it when it arrived back at the store. With Amazon and eBay taking over the online world, we tend to forget what real customer service looks like. I will definitely be shopping at The Catholic Faith Store for all of my spiritual/religious needs from now on.
