This baroque medal is made of sterling silver and has a wonderful Crucifix with budded ends.
To the left of the Crucifix is a small rectangular Sacred Heart of Jesus. To the right of the Crucifix is a small rectangular Miraculous medal displaying an image of Mary with the inscription around her that reads "O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee."
The back of the medal reads across the top reads "Father forgive them" with a brilliant gleaming heart in the center. Going down the Cross reads "Behold this heart which has so loved men". Behind the Miraculous are twelve stars surrounding a large "M", from which a cross arises. Below the "M", the medal depicts two flaming heart.
The left heart circled with thorns, represents Jesus. The right heart, pierced by a sword, symbolizes Mary. Behind the Sacred Heart shows an image of Joseph and baby.
