- When the statue is delivered take the time to open the box or pallet and INSPECT THE STATUE CAREFULLY.
If you see a crack or a break, do not accept the statue. Take pictures of the damage if you can and then Call or use the Contact Us form to let the Catholic Faith Store know there is an issue.
Tell the delivery company to put the statue back on the truck as it is damaged. -
If your statue is over 25' tall it is too big to ship with UPS and instead, it will ship with a freight carrier. A freight carrier company will contact you with a date and delivery time. This way you can arrange for the proper help to unload the pallet with a very large statue.
