Oracion A San Ramon
SAN RAMÓN NO NACIDO ORACIÓN
Who is San Ramón Nonato
St. Ramón Nonato, also known as St. Raymond Nonnatus, is a revered Catholic saint known for his compassionate intercession and unwavering faith. Born in the 13th century in Spain, he earned the title "Nonato," meaning "not born," because he was delivered by cesarean section after his mother passed away during childbirth. St. Ramón became a member of the Mercedarian Order, dedicating his life to ransoming Christians enslaved by Moors. His deep empathy and courage led him to offer himself as a hostage in exchange for others’ freedom. Despite enduring imprisonment and torture, including having his lips padlocked to prevent him from preaching, he remained steadfast in his deep faith.
St. Ramón is the patron saint of expectant mothers, childbirth, and those facing false accusations or injustice. Catholics pray to him for safe deliveries, protection during pregnancy, and strength in the face of adversity, seeking his powerful intercession and example of selfless love.
