Returns Policy

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, RETURNS BY PRODUCT TYPE AND ORDER TERMS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with the quality and workmanship of your item. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we want to make it right. Contact our friendly customer service team help you with your return and guide you in finding exactly what you’re looking for. 
 
There are a few things to note regarding returns: 

1. Items that cannot be returned or exchanged

There are items that cannot be exchanged or returned and they include:

  • Headwear, Gloves, Socks, Earrings, Sale or Clearance items.
  • Personalized Items as these are customer made to order
  • Custom made statuary
  • All 14K yellow gold and white gold jewelry is non-refundable as it is custom made to order.
  • International (non-US) orders

2. Accepted Refunds / Returns

RETURNED ITEMS WILL INCUR A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE REFUNDED MINUS ANY SHIPPING CHARGES AND DISCOUNTS.  

If you're returning an item to order a different item this fee will be waived.

All Returns require a Return Authorization Number. Items returned without this number will not be eligible for refunds. 

Exchanging an Item

We do not process exchanges. We ask that you send the item back to us for a full refund and you can place a new order for the item you really want. If you were a gift recipient, we will issue a gift card for the value of the item. 

You do not have to wait for us to receive your return to place your new order. 

30 Days to Return an Item

Returns must be received by Catholic Faith Store within 30 days from the date of delivery for your package, with the exception of first communion dresses which need to be returned within 7 days of delivery.

All returned Items must be in new condition, unused and in its original packing including ALL original parts, original box, tags, and packing materials. Please hang onto the packaging for a couple of weeks after receiving your order in case of a return.

Catholic Faith Store will not issue a refund if our merchandise inspection reveals that the item has been used, damaged, or altered.

SHIPPING THE ITEM BACK

You are responsible for shipping the item back to us once you receive your Return Authorization Number

We strongly recommend you use a shipping method with proof of delivery as well as fully insure the returned merchandise for your protection.

Refunds are processed within five business days of our receipt of the returned merchandise.

If the above conditions are met, you will receive a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase on this site, less shipping charges and less a 20% restocking fee. If you have ordered a new item this fee will be waived.

BEYOND 30 DAYS

Any return that is older than 30 days from the delivery date will be refunded in the form of a Catholic Faith Store Gift Card. The gift card amount will be equivalent to the original purchase price (less any applicable discounts) minus a twenty percent restocking fee.

FOR JEWELRY ITEMS ONLY 

Our jewelry warranty does not cover lost jewelry items or jewelry worn and damaged by the customer. If your pendant or necklace is lost or damaged beyond repair, please contact us for assistance.

Our limited jewelry warranty will cover tarnishing, broken clasps and similar defects; it does not cover loss of the pendant or necklace. If you have lost the pendant please contact us and we will work with you on a replacement.

3. To Initiate a Return

All returns require a Return Authorization Number. Please follow the process below. 

If you have an account

Click the 'login' link at the top of each page on this site. Once logged in click the ‘Orders’ menu item and locate your order from the displayed list.  There will be a link to return. Click this link and follow the return process.

If you don't have an account

Click the 'Track my order' link at the bottom of the each page on this site. Enter your order number and your billing ZIP code to login. Once logged in your order will be displayed and there will be a link to return.  Click this link and follow the return process.

4. Other Return Issues

Error with Order:
In the case where Catholic Faith Store has made an error with your order, please notify us immediately. If we have shipped the wrong item, the wrong size or the wrong color other than what your order states we will provide you with a return shipping label at no charge. Upon notification, we will immediately ship the correct item at no extra charge.

PLEASE NOTE: The merchandise received in error must be post-marked for return to our warehouse within 5 business days order notification error. If merchandise is not returned as instructed, you will be additionally charged for the replacement.

Damaged in Transit:
If merchandise arrives damaged it is best to refuse the package from the carrier attempting delivery. If the damaged merchandise is accepted make sure save the merchandise and the original box. Notify Catholic Faith Store immediately and we will schedule a carrier pickup for the damaged merchandise. If you do not notify Catholic Faith Store regarding the damaged goods within the first 5 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.

YOU HAVE 5 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY TO MAKE ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PRODUCT DAMAGE.

4. Notes on International Orders

For International (non-US orders): Please note the shipping fee is not inclusive of any additional duties, excise, taxation or brokerage fees that may be applied due to importation rules that vary from country to country.

If we find that at the time of actual shipping the shipping cost is more than what was originally calculated we will contact you and at that time you will have the option to pay any additional fees or cancel your order.

All International sales are final.  Returns are not allowed.

We stongly suggest all international orders are insured at we are not responsible for damaged or lost items once the order leaves our location.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Catholic Faith Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Catholic Faith Store further reserves the right any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Your order will be deemed accepted by Catholic Faith Store upon shipment of products. Title to goods and all risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the common carrier. All orders placed over $1000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

No Responsibility To Sell Mispriced Products Or Services

Catholic Faith Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. Catholic Faith Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Catholic Faith Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Modifications to Prices or Billing Terms

Catholic Faith Store RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME, TO CHANGE ITS PRICES AND BILLING METHODS FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SOLD, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING ON THE SITE OR BY E-MAIL DELIVERY TO YOU.
