The saint Martin medal is absolutely beautiful, however the engraving is not quite up to par, the first time i order that medal the engraving was smushed together, So I called and spoke to Laura & she asked that department to use a smaller font size and that was much better. But then I order one more with a different font style and again the engraving was just OK it reads fine but it's like it didn't go deep enough, I can live with it cause it is for me and I know what it says, however this time the front of the medal had been singed, perhaps by the engraving tool itself, luckily I was able to rub it out with a silver cleaning cloth....but the person who should have been reviewing the order should have caught that and never let it go out that way.
As for your customer service, Laura Fadeley and Rhonda are wonderful people and they help me with everything and I am very satisfied with them and thier customer service.
