St. Sarah Medal

St. Sarah is the patron saint of infertility and laughter. She was the wife of Abraham. She was unable to bare a child throughout her life, so when she was 90 and three angels told her she would bare a child within the year she laughed. She gave birth to her first son and named him Isaac (meaning laughter, as she laughed at the prediction). She died at the age of 127 of natural causes.
