This crucifix was a baptism gift and it was so beautiful! The box it came in was a little bent on the corners, but the product was superb! The only trouble I had was in ordering online. I gave my billing address as Canada. I gave my pickup address as Sumas WA. I was only given a choice of Canadian Provinces, as my pickup State. I could only complete my order by a phone call.

I would say though that your return policy of a 20% "restocking fee" stinks and I will not order from your company ever again. I was told when I returned the first items I bought that if I bought something else it would not apply....well that is NOT what happened.
