Numerous miracles have been associated with devotion to the Infant of Prague and here you will find Infant of Prague statues. In the 17th century a statue of the Holy Infant was given to a Carmelite monastery in Prague, located in the Czech Republic. They cherished the delicate statue and were devoted to the Baby Jesus. But in 1628, the Saxons invaded and the nuns fled. When a young priest returned, he found the Infant statue buried amid the ruins. The Infant spoke to the priest and told him to place the statue, which had a broken hand, near the entrance to the new church and help would come. A man appeared shortly afterward and fixed the statue. Since then, numerous miracles have been associated with devotion to the Infant of Prague.
