“I do not suggest this product if you are hoping to use it as a "night light" in a child's room. Although the piece is beautiful, the glass is so thick that the light BARELY shines through. It makes zero impact on the room. I kept mine for decorative purposes, but had to purchase another "night light", also.”

“Thank you for asking, My rating has nothing to do with the service and help your staff provided or the quality of the Photo keepsake box. Rather, after much searching of the internet for a suitable photo box and talking to your staff, who took time to measure the box for me, the size of the photo box was still too large and heavy to be used as the ornament we wanted. A box of about half that size that would accomidate smaller photos might work well. We've been unable to locate anything of that size and will purchase a different ornament. We've decided not to return the photo box we purchased from your store, but will put photos of the grandchildren in that photo box and display it during the holiday. ”
