Saint Jerome Prayer Cards

Saint Jerome is best known for his work revising the Latin text of the bible. His revision took more than 30 years to complete and is called Vulgate translation. It is still in use today - over 1000 years later. There is also a legend about the saint that while a hermit in the desert of Syria he removed a thorn from a lion’s paw and the lion stayed by Jerome’s side from that day forth.
