The customer service at the Catholic Faith Store if excellent. I had difficulty finding a dress locally due to the size i needed. I found the Catholic Faith strore online. The dress i ordered turned out to be on back order. I was notified by phone, not email. The staff at Catholic Faith called me to talk about the timing of arrival or discuss purchasing another dress. Most other businesses would send an email and be done with it. The sales person went the extra mile in helping me look at other dresses available in the size i needed and with to talk about the fit of the dress. She also called the shipper to see when the dress would arrive at their store and when it would arrive at my home. We received the dress before the stated date. After searching various sites, I found that the Catholic Faith Store offers the most beautiful St. Michael Medal available anywhere. I purchased this medal on line for my nephew who was scheduled to graduate from the NY Police Academy in two weeks. The Catholic Faith Store order form has a section you can fill out to say that a gift should arrive before a certain date. I have never seen this question on any other site. The Store also engraved the medal, and I was a little concerned whether the medal would arrive before the graduation day. I was very happy to learn that the medal was shipped in only two days, and arrived well before the graduation.
