This is an overall rating for the company in general. We placed our order for three separate prints and when we got the order there were only two. I called and they had a little snafu with their warehouse staff that did not let them know that one of the prints was out of stock and did not ship. I contacted them and they were very apologetic. The customer service at the Catholic Faith Store if excellent. I had difficulty finding a dress locally due to the size i needed. I found the Catholic Faith strore online. The dress i ordered turned out to be on back order. I was notified by phone, not email. The staff at Catholic Faith called me to talk about the timing of arrival or discuss purchasing another dress. Most other businesses would send an email and be done with it. The sales person went the extra mile in helping me look at other dresses available in the size i needed and with to talk about the fit of the dress. She also called the shipper to see when the dress would arrive at their store and when it would arrive at my home. We received the dress before the stated date. I was a little surprised by how petite it is, but I have very small fingers so that is ok. My Mom used to have a miraculous medal ring when she was alive. She wore it every day. I loved that ring and when I saw this one, I was overjoyed. I love, love, love the ring. I have it on right now and don't intend to take it off. Thanks so much for having this beautiful ring.
