Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Medals

Do you know anyone that loves 23rd Psalm? Well so did Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton, it was her favorite prayer. A pendant with her image and petition for help is a beautiful devotional to this very special American saint.

Her list of accomplishments is long and include being the first native-born American to become a saint, establishing the first free Catholic schools in the United States which is the base for the Catholic Scholl system in the USA, establishing the Sisters of Charity of St. Joseph.

Along with her accomplishments came great sorrow and challenges, from the loss of many family members, bankruptcy, tuberculosis and more. But always close to the Lord she sought his comfort and received it. She converted to Catholicism and became a nun.

Her feast is January 4th. She is the patron saint those with in-law problems, against the death of children, widows, the death of parents, and opposition of Church authorities.
